The Guests module is designed as you're your Sales and prospecting software. It will manage your non-members enabling mail merge, SMS, and email. At ClubRunner we realise a guest is anyone who's a potential member! The Guests contact scheduler will flag up reminders and show your calls and to do's for a particular day. This will ensure you chase up those prospects and when they join to export them to the Members module is a click away saving time on replicating duties. The contact scheduler is specific to the user who is logged on allowing your sales team to manage their own sales activities.
