Ez-Runner’s process means that you save time, money and increase member convenience, while ensuring you have a legally signed up member.
  2. Can I do online bookings at my club? Yes, with the Ez-Runner’s system you can have real-time integrated online bookings to your own website.
  3. When is technical support available to my business? The Ez-Runner support team are available from 8am – 10pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
  4. Can I get reports scheduled and emailed to me or my colleagues? Yes, you can have the reports you require for your operational needs emailed directly to you and any members of your team.
  5. Does your system deal with Vouchers? Yes, Ez-Runner has an individual and bulk voucher module. This enables you to issue and track the usage of the vouchers for any products or services, no need to 3rd party voucher processing.
  6. Do we have to be part of the Gym, Spa, Play or Golf sectors to use Ez-Runner? No, not at all. Any business that has a scheduling need, customer base, billing or access control needs will benefit from using Ez-Runner Solutions.   8. Can your system send text and email reminders? Yes you can configure Ez-Runner to automatically confirm and remind your users of appointments/bookings. This greatly reduces the number of ‘no shows’.
  9. Can my customers pay off debt on-line? Yes, if a customer is in arrears or wants to make payments on account, then use this integrated payment system from Ez-Runner.
  10. Can Ez-Runner supply my membership cards? Yes, Ez-Runner has a membership card design and printing service including Mifare proximity, barcodes and magnetic stripe.
