The same scanner can also be used for your Point Of Sale (POS) items logged onto Clubrunner so eliminating the need for separate hardware to deal with this side of your business. ClubRunner can use any printer for printing receipts, however specialist receipt printers provide the best option in terms of running cost and professionalism.
The two main types are thermal and dot matrix units. Dot matrix till rolls supplied are duplicate ensuring that you have secondary till receipt for all transactions. The thermal printers do not need a ribbon (reducing long term running costs).
The specialist receipt printers are linked with the Cashdrawer to automatically open the cashdrawer when a transaction takes place.
