Background:

The award-winning Nirvana Spa is one of the UK’s busiest day spas, with over 400 bookings every day.

Brief:

To install a booking system for the spa and other related bookings, that incorporated yield management, with a view to increasing profitability that would be compatible with the existing membership management system.

Challenges:

Ez-Systems needed to cope with the huge volume of bookings and the high level of administration. Online bookings were previously a challenge and the system needed to accommodate call centre handling.
