Ez-Runner offers a comprehensive support service that will provide you with access to technical and experienced staff 365 days a year, 7 days a week, from 8:00am to 10:00pm each day. In addition your support contract also gives you access to free upgrades and revisions of your software version including documentation and help files.

By taking out support with Ez-Runner you are ensuring that any disruption and damage to your operations is minimised – an ‘insurance’ that can save you thousands if important functions such as your billing processes are delayed. The availability of updates will also ensure that your site has access to the latest technology as well as taking advantage of the trends in the marketplace, giving you an edge over your competition.

The support team can be contacted via telephone, email or by directly logging into our Helpdesk via the 'Support Services' button. Not only can you log your call but you can also search our online knowledge base to find answers and resolutions yourself.
